Functieomschrijving

As a green space maintenance worker, you will be responsible for maintaining municipal green areas in both Eindhoven and Uden. Once your team has finished, the greenery will look well-kept and tidy again. Your tasks will include both manual and machine-assisted work, such as weeding, trimming, mowing with a brush cutter, and pruning.

You'll be working outdoors all day, staying active, and always having music with you.

Working hours are only during the day, and workdays are limited to weekdays.

Our client is always open to welcoming enthusiastic new colleagues who are eager to put their green thumbs to work. No experience? No problem! They’ll teach you everything you need to know. All you need is a Category B (and E) driver’s license, physical fitness, a good dose of motivation and humor, and fluency in Dutch.

The workplace has a close-knit, informal, and friendly atmosphere. Every Friday, people stay longer for a drink, and there’s plenty of laughter. Football is a daily topic of discussion, and matches are watched together. Four times a year, the entire team goes on a company outing.

The team currently consists of 40 players, and before you know it, you’ll know all their names and "jersey numbers." The salary ranges from €14 to €16 per hour, and they’re looking for long-term colleagues. Plus, with good performance, you can climb the green salary ladder.
